With over a decade of legal experience, I focus my practice in the areas of commercial real estate and general business transactions. Applying a strategic and client service-oriented approach, I advise individuals, for-profit and non-profit businesses, developers, lenders, investors, sellers, purchasers, landlords, and tenants on all aspects of real estate and related business matters, including acquisitions, development, construction, financing, leasing, and divestment. As a small business owner myself, I strive to be a seamless partner with my clients through an in-depth understanding of their unique business objectives and directly collaborating with them to achieve their goals.
