ICS is a consultancy that provides technology-driven solutions to clients across the humanitarian, public, and private sectors.  Engagements include: 

• Works on capacity building, operational efficiency, governance, and localization for Community Based Committees (CBCs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Syria Iraq. 

• Leads and supports initiatives in partnership with leading INGOs, including: 

  • Expertise France (EF): Delivered field-based training-of-trainers (ToT) programs for CBCs in Syria, covering peacebuilding, negotiation, dialogue, and coordination.

  • UN-PONTE PER / Tatweer Consultancy: Provided digital consultancy on governance, procurement, finance, and project cycle management to CSOs in Iraq.

  • Syrian Center for Media and Freedom of Expression (SCM): Developed a tailored Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) tool and conducted assessments for Syrian media and advocacy organizations, identifying priority areas for development.

Local Administration Councils Unit (LACU), is a Syrian civil society organization focused on promoting good governance practices within local councils in Syria.  Work included: 

• Participated in LACU’s programs management inside and outside Syria.

• Co-prepared – with the Finance department - budget proposals.

• Planed and supervied programs’ workplans, ensuring implementation is on budget / time.

• Controlled and monitored the flow, use and reporting of project funds.

• Recruited staff for programs.

• Coordinated stakeholders’ meetings to discuss progress, problems, compliance, & impact.

• Mapping out the local CBOs and initiatives in intervention areas. 

• Organize and facilitate consultations and workshops with diverse CBOs and NGOs, including in remote or hard-to-reach areas.

MIDMAR is an NGO registered in the USA and France and operates out of Türkiye, dedicated to empowering individuals and communities affected by crises.

Managed all of MIDMAR’s activities and projects inside Syria, including capacity building, vocational training, and incubation trainings.

Managed the largest hospital in the North of Syria, with 400-staff and a capacity of over 1,500 operations and 30,000 admissions monthly. 

HOVAG was Eaton & Moeller’s exclusive distributor in Syria.  Responsibilities included: 

• Managing the industrial automation department 

• Overseeing all automation business development activities in the region. 

• Supervising designs and work plans for projects from mobilization to customer-handover.

2016. Project Assistant / Solar Power System / Syria

The largest solar power on-grid system in the country which delivered electricity to the largest hospital in the north of Syria.  It included 480+ solar panels and 400+ battery cells, with a power output of 400-KVA.  Responsibilities included: 

• Assisting in design, installation, and commissioning.

• In charge of the grid’s maintenance for over 12 months.

Worked on the automation of the water-treatment facilities at the university.  Tasks included:
