Grading Policies
My grading policy follows our district guidelines as outlined in the student handbook.
Make-up Work
Students who miss work in class due to an absence are permitted to make up the work. Students will be granted a number of school days equal to the number of days they were absent to make up the work.
1 day absent - 1 day following the return to school
2 days absent - 2 days following the return to school
3 days absent - 3 days following the return to school
4 days absent - 4 days following the return to school
Late work
According to district guidelines, I will deduct 10 points for each day that an assignment is considered late. If an assignment is missing, I will enter a 0 into the gradebook until the assignment has been turned in.
Tutorials
Tutoring is available from 7:40 to 8:05 on Monday thru Thursdays.
