Zones of Regulation
The Zones of Regulation is a social/emotional curriculum that is used to help individuals identify and regulate their own emotions. Many of our LISD Special Education classrooms currently utilize the Zones of Regulation curriculum to teach students how to process their feelings and respond to those feelings appropriately within the school setting.
