Tech Tip: If you can't hear the sound on the video, check your browser's settings to see if sounds are being muted. For example, in Chrome click the three-dot icon in the right corner of the browser screen and select Settings > Privacy and Security > Content Settings > Sound to see if sites are allowed to play sounds.
