Vision: To allow LHS students the opportunity to explore the teaching profession.  TRAFFLES is the framework TAFE uses to ensure students have a well-rounded club experience in these areas: Teaching/Training. Recreation, Appreciation, Fundraising, Leadership, Educational Awareness, and Service.

Mission:  TAFE encourages students to learn about careers in education and assists them in exploring the teaching profession while promoting character, service, and leadership skills necessary to become effective educators.  The motto is: "Hope for Tomorrow".  TAFE members pledge to promote a positive attitude regarding all noble aspects of education, to acknowledge the challenging role of the teaching profession, and to provide service and leadership within the school and community.
