Welcome to the Ludlow Independent School District Professional Learning Page.  On this site you will find a listing of professional learning opportunities for the upcoming school year.  Offerings include professional learning that support the mission of the district and school, along with professional learning to build individual capacity in the teaching profession.   Teachers must complete 24 hours of professional learning each school year, in addition to state required professional development and job-embedded professional learning during the school year.  Each teacher will complete an individual professional development plan that is approved by the principal.   Any professional learning that is flexed from the district provided professional learning must be approved by the principal.
