Research Books: Several books will be available for you to do some research. The books cover topics such as depicting expressions and proportions; symbolism of humans, animals, and mythology; and examples of how certain archetypes are shown.
Picture Books: We will look at some picture books and consider how their artists depict villains (or "antagonists" or "scary things").
