Large Group Picture Day - Before and After PYF Block
There will be no calls made over the announcements. Jen Stafford has made note of the group members and what time their pictures are for PowerSchool attendance purposes, and the yearbook staff and I have made paper color-coded passes that have been approved by admin as hall passes for this day. We will be collecting these passes and using them to name group photos after students take their group picture, so students returning to class will no longer have the paper pass in their possession. Group sponsors have already communicated with their group members, so there is nothing special you need to do besides be mindful of the paper passes that students in the group listed above have for the day. The pictures should take no more than 10 minutes and will be in the PAC.
Those of you who sponsor smaller groups will be contacted by a yearbook staff member this week to schedule a group photo time at a group meeting or event you have this semester.
