As your school counselors, it's our privilege to partner with parents and teachers to help boys & girls learn and grow at Prairie View Elementary. The knowledge, attitudes and skills students acquire during the elementary years in the areas of academic, career and personal/social development serve as the foundation for future success. Through monthly classroom guidance lessons, small groups and individual planning we will emphasize communication, decision-making, interpersonal and career awareness skills. It is always our goal is to reduce barriers to a successful school experience so students can learn skills and attitudes necessary to be life-long learners and productive citizens.
