Constitutional Initiative
An Attempt by the People to Change the Missouri Constitution
In order to have a constitutional initiative placed on the ballot in the General Election of Missouri, one must gather signatures equaling 8% of the total number of votes cast in the previous gubernatorial election (2020 election) from 2/3 of congressional districts (6 out of 8).
