The Class of 2026 Disney Trip is planned for 4/15-4/18, 2026
Collections: Final collections take place November 17th–21st. At this time, you will pay the final amount due for you to attend the trip. This will take place in the North Café after school.
Amount: All parents will receive an email with the total due for the trip. This email went out to parents and student on October 21st. Your total will show multiple final payment amounts. It will show how much you need to pay if you are in a quad room, a triple room, a double room, etc.
Rooms: You will need to come with your roommates. You will sign up for your rooms during this week.
What I need:
If you have not made a payment yet you will need to bring a signed Disney Registration Form(link is at the bottom of the website). Please print this form, sign and date, and bring with your FIRST payment. If you made a payment last year you do not need this form.
For any and all students making a payment this year: Cash or check made out to Cherokee High School. If you are paying by check the student's first and last name needs to be in the memo section.
Roommates. Please be sure to come with ALL of your roommates. You will be checking in as a room during collections
Two forms of ID. This can be a drivers license/non driver ID, school ID or passport.
Additional Information: Emails went out about trip insurance. Please be sure to read up on that information. If you are 18 during the trip, you will need a passport or a REAL ID for the trip.
