Services Provided by Your School Counselor
Individual Counseling
Students are invited to participate in individual counseling to discuss emotions. Students will also be invited to learn and practice coping skills to help with emotion regulation.
Small Group Counseling
Students who need additional support will be invited to participate in small group counseling. Small groups are groups of around 6 students. During this time, students will receive focused lessons to give support as needed.
Counselor Lessons
In counselor lessons, students will learn about social skills, emotions, coping skills, and character traits. Through these topics, students will have the chance to learn, grow, and become successful members of the Ridge community!
