All transcript requests happen through www.parchment.com

• Students need to make an account. You do not need to fill out the entire profile. Where it says institutions, add Lakeshore High School & complete the information.

• We recommend waiving your FERPA rights so we can send your transcript to the college or university of your choosing.

• Then click on "order" and type in the name of the college you want to send it to. You can also request a self view to send to yourself.

• GRADUATES - the process is the same for you. There is a small fee to send transcripts which will be collected on the www.parchment.com website.
