1. Have we completed our standards work and learning targets for curriculum and lessons?

   • If no, this is what you should be working on. When done, make sure to submit to admin.

   • If yes, continue on in the conversation. 

2. Are we happy with the standards we have chosen as essential? Take a moment to review your Essential Standards.

   • If no, discuss what needs to be tweaked or updated since the last time they were worked on. 

     1. What isn't working?

     2. Why isn't it working? - Is it an issue with the standard or an issue with how we teach it?

     3. What should go in its place OR how can we change how we are doing things to better incorporate it so students learn it?

   • If yes, move on to Question 2 of the Critical Questions: How will we know when each student has learned?
