Welcome to 7th Grade Mathematics

Hello! My name is Tara Head and I am the math teacher for Team 73. I am from Valdosta, GA and a graduate of both Valdosta High and Valdosta State University. This is my 12th year teaching in which my first 10 years were spent in the Valdosta City School System where I have taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade math and science as well as 7th grade social studies.

In my spare time I love to read, travel, and spend time with and friends and family. My favorite place is the beach and I absolutely love food! My favorite subject is math of course, and I hope to inspire many through my passion of teaching and learning.
