Kautzman's Math Classes

My name is Leslie Kautzman, and I will be teaching your student 7th grade Math. I am from Hahira, and am a graduate of both Lowndes High School and Valdosta State University. This is my 10th year teaching, and I have loved every minute of it! This is my eighth year here at HMS, and I am so excited to be a part of such a wonderful school. I previously taught 6th grade Math and Science in Berrien County (Nashville, GA), but I student taught right here at HMS and have previously taught 6th grade math for 6 years here at HMS as well. Math is one of my favorite subjects to teach, as it is really a universal language, and the same things that are true here are true around the world. 

I hope your student is as excited about 7th grade as I am, and we can keep that enthusiasm throughout the year. Middle school can be such a fun experience, and I am so proud to be a part of your student's journey!
