Lowndes Middle School Cheerleaders
Parents be sure to check your email for information regarding the season, upcoming practices, and fundraisers.
Each jump will be perform individually during your tryout time.
Judges will be focusing on technique of jump not the height. Toes should be point and motions should be in the correct place.
Be sure to practice being sharp and landing with your legs together.

Your demo is facing you so your motions will go in the opposite direction. Pay attention to what motions are performed to the right and left.
Hold That Line
Notice her motion placement, sharpness, and cleanliness. Be sure to practice voice projections and facial expressions.
The LMS Cheerleaders are 2nd in the Nation and received Best in Showmanship at NCA's Senior/Junior High School Nationals in Dallas, Texas! It's a great day to be a Viking!
NATIONAL CHAMPIONS, NOTHING LESS!
On Saturday, March 5th, 2016, the Lowndes Middle School Cheerleading Program brought home their first National Championship title. The team competed in the 2016 Contest of Champions Nationals competition held at ESPN's Wide World of Sports Complex in the Jostens Center in Orlando, Florida. Scoring a 91.950, they were named the Contest of Champions Jr. High/Middle School Division and Level National Champions.
