Hello! I am Tami Stucker, and I'm so excited to be teaching 3rd Grade again this year. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with degrees in Elementary Education and Communicative Disorders (Speech Language Pathology and Audiology). Prior to having a family I taught kindergarten, first grade, and preschool. I was lucky to stay home with my children while working from home part time as a travel agent, tutoring and teaching English online. Twelve years ago, when my youngest started school, I joined Lopatcong Elementary as a paraprofessional. This will be my fourth year teaching 3rd grade, and I am so thankful to get to spend my days with your children.
I have lived in Lopatcong for 25 years with my husband Jason, and we have been fortunate to raise our 3 children here. Our oldest, Ryan (a 2022 PHS grad), recently graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in graphic design. Ali (a 2024 PHS grad) is a senior at Elizabethtown College pursuing her doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Our youngest, Kailyn, is a senior and varsity cheerleader at PHS, and also cheers on a Worlds team at Rocket Elite. I love to spend time with my family, whether it's watching their sporting events, hiking, traveling, or relaxing at the beach. I am an animal lover and have 3 dogs that love to come on family adventures with us.
