Semi-Private Adult LTS Program

The American Red Cross Adult Swim courses are intended for older teens and adults wishing to improve their knowledge of, and skill in, the water. Adult Swim offers three options to meet specific needs and interests—Learning the Basics, Improving Skills and Swimming Strokes, and Swimming for Fitness.
