Use your Londonderry School District login AND include world\ before your username go to top toolbar "HELP DESK";

Click on first choice, "Get Tech. Support" and complete the requested information, "CREATE THIS TICKET" and it will go directly up the pipeline to building tech. support or higher if it needs to be escalated.

DISTRICT INFORMATION FROM DINING SERVICES

Parents and Guardians,

We will continue to provide meal service throughout our student's remote learning.

PLEASE FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF: Practice responsible social distancing. If picking up, please stay in your car and pop your truck for our staff to place your bag inside. For delivery, please stay in your home with the door shut until we are six feet from the drop. We are happy to accept waves, smiles, and words of thanks from a safe distance.

Please see below a list of frequently asked questions from Dining Services in regards to remote learning meal service.

1.) I have experienced a change in income. Can I apply for free or reduced priced meals?

YES! You can apply any time you have a change in status (ie. a change in income, change in household members, etc). Go online to www.lunchapplication.com and follow the step by step instructions. You may enter your current or expected income status for eligibility.

2.) Where can I find the most up to date information from Dining Services?

On our website: www.londonderry.org/departments/dining. We will be updating our site with current information throughout this time.

3.) Do I have to place an online order each day for delivery?

Yes. Think of us as a restaurant delivery service. You must place an order for each day you wish to receive meals. You may place orders for future days.

4.) I tried to place an online order for delivery and had trouble?

We fixed it! The downside to being the first to use new technology. Apologies! Best practice is to use a laptop or desktop to place an order. The app can sometimes be a little tricky but as of this minute it is working for this director!

5.) How do I know that I placed my online order correctly?

You will receive a confirmation email. Hurray! You did it!

6.) I need help with online ordering.

7.) Can I place a delivery order through the phone?

Yes. Call (603) 432-6941 x2230 and someone will assist you. If you receive our voicemail, please leave a message and someone will return your call.

8.) Where is the menu of what you will be serving?

Posted on our website. However, substitutions are likely. There is a highly volume of orders from schools across the country for specific products and we cannot guarantee delivery from our distributor. Also, we are constantly assessing the participation of our students which tripled from day one to day two of service. EVERYONE will receive a meal but substitutions occur.

9.) What are the pickup dates and times again? Where? Do I have to call ahead?

Monday and Wednesdays at the Londonderry High School (295 Mammoth Road). No need to pre-order or call ahead just drive by and we will be happy to assist you.
