Welcome to your Living Guidelines — a helpful resource designed to make your tenancy experience smooth, comfortable, and worry-free.
Here, you’ll find important information about building policies, maintenance procedures, and community standards to help ensure a safe and respectful living environment for everyone. Whether you’re a new resident or have been with us for a while, these guidelines will help you understand what to expect and how to make the most of your home.
Each apartment has a functional smoke alarm installed in the hallway, checked annually for safety.
Please do not disconnect or tamper with your smoke alarm — doing so may result in a fine from the Fire Marshal.
If your alarm beeps without cause, notify us right away so we can inspect or replace it.
In the event of a fire, evacuate immediately and follow the Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan posted behind your apartment door. The Muster Point is located in the parking lot near the garbage bin, where all residents must gather for safety and headcount.
To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, please avoid using the washer & dryer between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Parking spaces are assigned and reserved for authorized tenants only. Please park only in your designated spot and ensure your vehicle does not block other spaces or access areas.
Locks cannot be re-keyed or altered without the landlord’s permission. A flat fee of $40 applies for replacement of lost mailbox keys.
