Adding a Printer
If you are unable to add a printer using the steps on the document, go to this page https://support.lodiusd.net/ on a laptop or desktop and have IT remote into the device to add the printer. (note: skip the session key and fill in the rest of the form).

Trouble Shooting Zoom Issues
This video covers both options listed.
Options:
Join from browser
Click on the Zoom Link
Click Launch Meeting
Click Cancel
Click Join from your browser
If prompted to Login, click on the Google icon under “or sign in with” and sign in with .org account
If prompted for a password, copy and paste the password from the link (everything after “pwd=”)
Download Zoom
Go to https://zoom.us/download
Click Download (64 bit)
Click on Zoom Installer Blocked
Click Download Unverified File (IT approved)
Search for Zoom installer in downloads (File folder > Downloads)
Double Click on ZoomInstallerFull
Once installed, click on the Zoom link given
Click Open Zoom Meetings
If prompted to Login, click on the Google icon under “or sign in with”
