Make-Your-Own Package- $100.00 per hour

A-la-Carte

If you don't need a full package, but still need our assistance for the minor details then the A-la-Carte service is perfect for you. For $100 per hour (2 hour minimum) we will help you with; event set-up and break-down, timeline and checklist development, budget tracking, venue and vendor referrals, guest RSVP and tracking, etc.


Silver Package- $350.00

Destination Planning and Coordination

•Services begin 6 weeks before wedding

•Up to one in-person meeting and unlimited phone calls/emails

•Wedding day time-line submitted for approval within 2 weeks of wedding

•Provide vendor recommendations

•Negotiate vendor pricing and contracts

•Confirmation of vendors one week before wedding to ensure they have met their obligations and correct any problems that may occur

•Obtain any permits or licenses required

•Arrange all travel plans

•Arrange and coordinate all hotel blocks for guests

•Coordinate additional wedding weekend activities (brunch, golf, etc.)


Gold Package- $750.00

Full Day-Of Coordination

•Services begin 6 weeks before wedding

•Up to one in-person meeting and unlimited phone calls/emails

•Wedding day time-line submitted for approval within 2 weeks of wedding

•Personalized Wedding Site for the couple to share with their guests

•Assisting vendors wedding party, family members, and guests as needed

•Vendor suggestions as needed

•Confirmation of vendors one week before wedding to ensure they have met their obligations and correct any problems that may occur

•Attend rehearsals

•Supervision of ceremony and reception to ensure a smooth and stress-free day (up to 12 hours on wedding day)

•Coordinate processional and recessional and make sure ceremony starts on time

•Set-up unity candle, guest book/pen, escort cards, pictures, table cameras, cake napkins, favors, organize tables with correct number of chairs, tape loose cards to gifts, wrap top of wedding cake, wash and pack toasting flutes, cake and knife server

•Coordination of events at Reception with key vendors (receiving line, entrance, dances, toast, cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss)

•Gather your items and gifts at the end of the night and place into your designated vehicle

•Distribute your final vendor payments

•Emergency wedding kit on hand


Platinum Package- $1,500.00

Planning Assistance/ Full Coordination

•Provide vendor recommendations

•Negotiate vendor pricing and contracts

•Wedding Coordinator available via phone and e-mail

•Personalized Wedding site for the couple to share with their guests

•Up to two planning meetings

•Establish and maintain planning timeline

•Assist in wedding décor design (colors, unique theme, etc.)

•Assist with creating and tracking budget throughout the planning process

•Arrange vendor meetings and track vendor payment due dates

•Assist with selection of rental items to enhance décor design

•Coordinate hotel block and transportation for out-of-town guests

•Provide information to obtain marriage license and name change

•Attend rehearsals

•Assist vendors wedding party, family members, and guests as needed

•Confirmation of vendors one week before wedding to ensure they have met their obligations and correct any problems that may occur

•Pin on corsages and boutonnieres, distribute bouquets to bridal party

Diamond Package- $2,000

Full Planning/ Full Coordination

This package is designed for the couple who are unable to plan and execute any of the major details of their wedding for whatever reason. With this package we plan EVERYTHING! Simply give us your budget, priorities and wish list and we will go to work for you. We supervise all vendor meetings, site visits, tastings, fittings and more. When you need us, we are there. The Diamond Package includes everything in the Platinum Package and more. All you have to do is show up and prepare to be amazed!


Secure your wedding date with a 25% deposit. Balance is due 10 days prior to your event. Receive a 15% discount for Sunday & Thursday weddings.

All prices are subject to change. Locke Creations reserves the right to charge an additional fee for weddings on holidays, holiday weekends, or for events located more than 75 miles one way from 16150.
