Leadership Team
Hello Mesa Hawks!
We are excited to get back to school because we get to meet new students and see our staff. This year is a new adventure for all of us and we are ready for a new routine of learning and physical activity. We are proud to be Mesa Hawks and we know that you will be too! We have the most amazing staff, teachers, and students!
We will be working on learning about and assessing the 5 Components of Health Related Fitness (Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition). We will be setting personal fitness goals and providing opportunities to work on each of the 5 areas of fitness in unique ways to help students achieve their goals while adapting to our individual situations.
We will also be working on "Meeting Challenges and Making Decisions" in the 7th grade and in the 8th grade, we will be "Working as a Team to Solve Problems."
