The purpose of this site is to provide the La Mesa-Spring Valley learning community with up-to-date information regarding active COVID-19 cases at all school district locations. An "Active COVID-19 Case" simply means an individual was on campus within 48-hours of testing positive for COVID-19. It does not mean the individual contracted or transmitted COVID-19 at school.

Individuals with COVID-19 (or related symptoms) are excluded from participation in any in-person/on-site activity and are required to quarantine according to state health regulations. Anyone who is determined to be a "close contact" (as defined by county health officials) will be personally notified and directed to follow the required quarantine protocol. Once an individual is cleared to return (per state health regulations) the case will be removed from active status and the dashboard will be updated accordingly.
