MFR- Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Swedish- A massage technique that includes effleurage, pétrissage, friction, vibration, and tapotement. Swedish massage is intended to improve circulation and tissue elasticity while reducing muscle tone and creating a parasympathetic response.

Deep Tissue- Mostly this technique involves the therapist using firmer pressure to reach these key areas and get them to release, which is why this particular massage is often recommended for people who are comfortable with a slightly more intense touch.

However, deep tissue massage can also refer to gentle yet sustained pressure targeting the myofascial layer.

Integrated Manual Therapy- This therapy recognizes that each person is more than the total components of anatomy, physics, chemistry, and is instead affected by emotions, thoughts, social interactions, mind, soul, consciousness, and more.

Integrated Manual Therapy (IMT) combines multiple therapies to locate and alleviate health challenges through individual body systems. Utlilizing a combination of structural rehabilitation (a manual therapy process of normalization) and functional rehabilitation( a therapy to restore functional outcome according to the optimal potential of the client), IMT utilizes the expertise of professional in many fields- physical therapy, osteopathic medicine, homeopathy, audiology, massage therapy, etc.

Orthopedic Massage- Orthopedic massage involves therapeutic assessment, manipulation and movement of locomotor soft tissue to reduce pain and dysfunction. Restoring structural balance throughout the body allows us to focus on both prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

Cupping Therapy- Cupping is a form of massage therapy which decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction, unlike other forms of massage that compresses soft tissues. During cupping, the cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup.

How does it feel? Cupping is very relaxing and generally not painful. The sensation that is experienced is a pulling of the skin as the cup is moved in a rolling fashion. Redness or a feeling of warmth is usually experienced after the release of the cup due to increase blood flow to the area.

It is used to treat lack of mobility, tight muscles, scars and many diagnoses like headaches, tendinitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, and release of trigger points.

Geriatric massage- With its focus on the elderly, addresses the psychological and physiological aspects of aging and its associated diseases.

Chair massage- Chair massage is massage which is carried out on a seated patron in a chair. Typically, the client is clothed during the massage, and the duration of the massage may be brief. Available for homes, office space, or corporate.
