Requesting an Unofficial Transcript

Students can request an unofficial transcript at any time during the school year. Please see below for how to obtain:

1. Visit the LHS School Counseling office

2. Inform Mrs. Lieberman or Mrs. Tamboia, the LHS School Counseling Administrative Assistants, that you are requesting an unofficial copy of your transcript

3. If students submit their request in the morning, it will typically be ready for pick up by the LHS unit lunch. If students submit their request during lunch, or in the afternoon, it will typically be ready for pick up by the end of the day.
