Students in Grades 9 - 11:
For underclassmen who need a copy of your LHS transcript, the process is as follows:
A parent must complete our online Transcript Request Form.
Please note that this release form must be completed and uploaded to the within the request form above.
If a letter of recommendation is required from a school counselor for a summer program, please complete this Brag Sheet and provide to your school counselor.
If you need an official transcript AND a letter of recommendation from your School Counselor, there is additional processing time needed. You must provide at least 15 schools days notice to your School Counselor if you are requesting a letter of recommendation.
If you ONLY need an official transcript and no accompanying letter of recommendation, there is no need to complete the brag sheet linked above.
Please note: This process is for students in grades 9 - 11 only who are requesting your official LHS transcript.
Parents: Please log into our online request form and complete using the same email address that you have provided as your contact in Genesis.
Students should NOT be completing this transcript request form.
LHS transcripts are not emailed to students or parents. If you need a copy of your transcript for personal reasons or that you need to send yourself to a program, job, scholarship, etc., it can be picked up from the school counseling department.
Please allow at least 48 hours for us to process your transcript request. If you enter a request over the weekend or during a break, your request will be processed upon our return to school. PLEASE NOTE: This form should not be completed if you are transferring to another school or withdrawing from LHS. Please reach out to your school counselor if you are transferring to another school to complete the withdraw process.
