Student Sign Ins

Use the information and links below to access your email, Schoology, and FACTS.  Please keep your L number confidential since part of it is used for your password. If you have problems, please email latech@lipscomb.edu. Include your full name and grade level and give as much detail as you can about the problem. You can also come by room 127 in Harding Hall.

Devices

• Lower grade levels will be given school provided devices after school starts and will be guided through signing into appropriate services.

• 8th through 12th graders need to provide a MacBook for school use.

Email

• Go to https://gmail.com and look for the sign in link

• Enter your school email address (username@lipscombacademy.org). That information will be emailed to parents before school starts.

• For 6th and 7th grades, use your L number $ (L number followed by a dollar sign, for example - L12345678$) as the password.

• For 8th-12th grades:

  • Returning students, use the same password you used last year.

  • New students, use your L number preceded by LA and followed by a $ (for example - LAL12345678$) as the password.

• Seniors - your email accounts will be available until September 1st of the year you graduate.

• If you withdraw from Lipscomb Academy or don't return to Lipscomb Academy, your account will be deactivated. It is the student's responsibility to get any information (emails, Google Docs, etc.) from your account before withdrawing.

• Lipscomb Academy email accounts should only be used for school purposes. Be kind when emailing.

• Students need to check email daily. 

Schoology 

• In a browser, after signing into your Lipscomb Academy email, go to https://lipscomb.schoology.com.

• Click on your school email address to link it to Schoology.

FACTS

• In a browser, go to https://sis.factsmgt.com/family-portal

• The district code will be DLCS-TN.

• In most cases, use your school email address as the username. Some students have a username that they have created that will be different.

• The password for FACTS is usually your L number preceded by LA and followed by a $ (for example - LAL12345678$).

LA Wifi

• LA Wifi is available for 8th-12th graders. Wifi should automatically connect on 6th and 7th grade Chromebooks.

• If you are taking a University class, your wifi password should be the same password that you set for your University email.

• Select LUBisonNet on your device.

• Use the first part of your email address as the username (leave off @lipscombacademy.org).

• Use your L number preceded by LA and followed by $$ as the password. For example, if the L number is L12345678, the wifi password would be LAL12345678$$ - make sure there are two dollar signs ($$) following the L number.

• Trust the connection on your device if asked.

• If you try two times without successfully connecting, please check in with the tech office in Harding Hall, Room 127.
