LEVEL 3 SPORT PERFORMANCE – L3SPE (8 hours per week)

Qualification: NCEA Level 3
Students will explore sport and improve skills in a variety of sports/ movement contexts. Students will learn about human anatomy and improve strength and conditioning in the Te Aratai College weights/ fitness room. There will be a focus on coaching, refereeing, leadership, and learning about what it takes to be an elite athlete. If you love sport, movement, and fitness and see this as a pathway for you, this is the course for you.
