In Level 3 Physical Education learners build on their previous knowledge and experiences from Level 1 and 2, and apply it to other and wider contexts. This course allows learners to further develop their understanding of the sustainability of lifelong well-being and how movement is a key contributor behind this. The learning is woven through understanding health promotion models to increase physical activity and develop strategies to promote lifelong well-being. Learners are required to be able to engage in critical thinking and how physical activity has an influence on movement within society.
