LEVEL 3 BUSINESS STUDIES – L3BUS

Learning Area: Social Sciences

Qualification: NCEA Level 3

Learners will work in a group to set up and run a business. They will be entered into the National Young Enterprise Scheme and will be expected to present their business idea to a panel of judges from the business community, write reports and pay tax on your profit. Along the way they will be taught about marketing, business finance and human resources and complete Achievement Standards in these areas. Level 3 Business is an approved University Entrance subject. For those that don’t want University Entrance there will be a Financial Literacy option
