This workshop has developed from discussions on the high-beta characteristics of FRC (Field-Reversed Configuration) research, which has been pioneered by both Japan and the United States. The aim is to discuss the role of ions with large orbits in magnetically confined plasmas across magnetic confinement systems.

All programs are based on Japan Standard Time.
The in-person programs will be held at the College of Science and Technology, Nihon University, Tokyo.
The main sessions will be conducted in person, with streaming and online presentations available for participants from the United States who are unable to attend in person. The sessions will take place in the mornings of September 5th and 6th.
In the afternoon of the 5th, a poster session will be held primarily for students, which will also be conducted on-site.

Poster board size: 150cm in height and 84cm in width (Each presenter can use two poster boards)
By voting from the workshop participants, we plan to award the Student Excellence Presentation Award from among the student participants who have made wonderful presentations.
The Student Award was presented to Ms. Ann Sekine and Mr. Shota Ito, who got the most votes.
