Awaken Your Vital Energy Through Breath And Movement – Explore the path to meditation through the body
An online Introductory Course to Tibetan Yoga – Tsa Lung
with Anna-Kaisa Hirvanen & Olivia Zsamboki
Open to All!
Many of us believe that meditation is out of reach.
“I could never sit still for that long.”
“My mind is too active.”
“This is uncomfortable.”
The Tsa Lung practice offers a unique entryway to meditation. Rooted in the Tibetan Bön tradition, this embodied practice brings together awareness, breath and movement to help us settle the body, open the mind, and reconnect with our natural capacity for open-hearted presence, clarity and positive qualities.
Through these practices, we will explore a series of five seated movements that dynamically activate energetic channels and centers in the body - and discover how working with the body can support a deeper connection to our being.
As we bring awareness, breath and movement together, physical, emotional, and mental restrictions begin to dissolve. A new internal harmony and strength of clarity can emerge, allowing us to rest more deeply in open awareness.
In this five-week online course, Anna-Kaisa Hirvanen and Olivia Zsamboki will introduce the Five Tsa Lung practices in a way that is approachable and experiential.
Each session will include explanations, guided practice, time for questions, and opportunities to reflect on and share your experience. We will also explore how to bring a challenge, habitual reaction, or limiting sense of self into practice, and discover a more spacious and spontaneous way of being.
No prior experience of the practices is needed—this online course is specifically designed for beginners or anyone who wishes to refresh their understanding of Tsa Lung and is accessible to all bodies.
Whether you are new to meditation or wish to deepen your embodied practice, you are warmly welcome.
Connect more deeply with your body, breath and mind
Calm and rebalance the nervous system
Recognize and release habitual contractions and limiting patterns
Bring greater awareness and freshness to everyday life
Discover open-heartedness in any given moment
This course offers a welcoming space to explore Tsa Lung as an embodied path to meditation.

About the Instructors
Anna-Kaisa Hirvanen is a graduate of the 6th North American Academy and Presenters Path and is currently participating in The 3 Doors Teacher Training Program. She has been closely connected with The 3 Doors community since 2021 and has also completed The 3 Doors Compassion Project.
Anna-Kaisa has been a Buddhist practitioner for more than twenty years and a student of Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche and the Bön tradition since 2007. Her path has included retreats, teachings, and in-depth trainings in Europe, as well as at Ligmincha’s Lishu Institute in India, where she spent one and a half years engaged in intensive study and practice of the Bön tradition.
Based in Finland, Anna-Kaisa has served as an authorized Ligmincha Instructor since 2012, with a particular focus on Tibetan Yoga (Tsa Lung Trul Khor). She is one of the founding members of Ligmincha Finland. Since 2008, supporting the Finnish community has been an important part of her connection to the teachings. Her contribution has included serving as a practice guide, teaching open courses, board and organizational work, and supporting the community in many different ways.
Her professional background of more than 25 years as a dance artist, somatic movement educator, and Shindo bodywork instructor has deeply informed the way she shares contemplative practices. Across these different paths, she has continually returned to what is most meaningful to her: creating spaces where people can explore presence, connection, creativity, and the possibilities of genuine transformation.
Anna-Kaisa currently guides a weekly 3 Doors meditation group and offers courses for the Finnish community, as well as international courses in Tibetan Yoga and meditation.
“Sharing these practices with others in different communities brings me a deep sense of awe, gratitude, and open-hearted belonging.”
Olivia Zsamboki is a communications professional and a graduate of the European 3
Doors Academy (EU2, 2019). She serves as a 3 Doors Presenter, practice leader
(Umdze), and president of Ligmincha Hungary, supporting the growth of the
Hungarian-speaking community.
Olivia has practiced meditation for more than 15 years. She met Tenzin Wangyal
Rinpoche 12 years ago, and her connection to the teachings has deepened through
ongoing service to the Hungarian Ligmincha community — contributing through
translation, organization, and community support.
She participated in earlydiscussions supporting the establishment of the European 3 Doors organization and coordinated the 3 Doors Pre-Academy retreat held in Hungary in 2023.
As a 3 Doors Presenter, Olivia founded a Hungarian-language practice group,
introducing practitioners to the 3 Doors practices. Guiding others has strengthened
her own openness and resilience, and brought her confidence and joy in supporting
fellow practitioners on their contemplative path.
She is dedicated to helping others discover their inner refuge and recognize the
spacious awareness, warmth, and potential within themselves, fostering greater
freedom, clarity, and joy in daily life.
