What are the differences between how Lithuanians and Italians spend their weekends and how can we find a common ground? In this article we try not only to highlight the differences between our cultures but to also find the similarities.
In Rome microcars, especially light quadricycles, are very common amongst people of our age. A lot of them pass by our school, mainly on Saturday, driven by young boys and girls, who carry their friends or loved ones. They are very quick and make a lot of noise. Sometimes we decide to go to the center of Rome for a walk or simply stay in some pub to talk, listen to some music, creating new memories together. Before the pandemic we usually went to the disco on Saturday evenings to dance; now instead we prefer being outdoors or in less crowded places, but luckily we can meet. On the other hand, we spend time together going shopping in the Euroma 2 or in one of the many shops nearby.
