Our team is composed of qualified professionals, each bringing a unique set of skills and experiences to the table, unified by a common commitment to child welfare. Our team includes an experienced social worker, trained therapist, exerianced and qualified tutors and dedicated residential care workers, all selected not only for their experience  but also for their empathy, patience, and passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children.

Our team is the backbone of the service that we offer, They work tirelessly to ensure that all aspects of the children's welfare are addressed, liaising with external agencies, coordinating with families where appropriate, and developing individualised care plans. Our team are trained in  trauma-informed approaches so they are able to provide the essential emotional and mental health support or young people need. They create safe spaces for the children to express themselves, helping them to process their experiences and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

In addition to our core  team, we have tutors who provide learning support, and advocate for any additional educational resources required. Our residential care workers are with the children day-to-day, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. They engage the children in a variety of activities, from arts and crafts to sports, helping to develop their social skills and self-esteem. Collectively, our team's diverse expertise and compassionate approach provide a holistic support system, ensuring that each child in our care receives the attention, care, and guidance they need to thrive.
