ATTENDANCE is the KEY to SUCCESS.  Regular and punctual attendance is the greatest single factor in school success.  Texas Compulsory Attendance Law requires students to attend school 90% of the days class is offered, unless otherwise exempted by law.  It is the responsibility of the parent and student to cooperate and communicate with the school on all attendance matters.  Studies show that students with 10 or more unexcused absences in a single year were 15.5 times more likely to drop out of high school.
