When I spoke to staff about that, the staff had explained that in particular working in a one to one deployment really makes their job easier. So having the flexibility of some of those streamlined processes, whether it's saving time photocopying, whether it's being able to give feedback in a more effective and streamlined way, all of those things play a really important part. They feel that they can teach in a more creative way and they can really apply their skills more'
