These storyboards are similar to cinematic storyboards (or even comic strips), the way Hollywood creates their movies and soundtracks. We're just doing it in reverse. We are listening to the themes of these songs to create ONE story that has 8 scenes (or 8 boxes). The scenes/boxes need to connect to create 1 cohesive story, but each box matches the music for it, just like the soundtrack does for the movies.

Fold your paper into 8 squares (fold it in half 3 times). Then draw lines where the folds are when you open the paper back up and label each box with a small number, 1-8.

Listen to the first song 2 times. What does it make you feel? What could happen in your story that matches this music? Is it adventurous, happy, sad, suspenseful, exciting, scary?

After you listened to the song 2 times, draw in your box for that song what is happening in your scene. Be detailed. Try not to use any words. And make sure the music fits with what is happening. Then move on to the next scene/box.
