Fundamentals of Computing

I am so happy to be teaching Fundamentals of Computing at Chapin Middle School! This is my 8th year working at CMS and my 5th year teaching FOC. I am originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Go Packers!) where I went to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and got a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I worked in the business world for many years before deciding to take the leap into a career in education. I love it! I love being around the students...they help to keep me young! If you don't already know it, CMS is a special place!

In my free time, I love to spend time with my two sweet girls, Nicole and Krista. I love animals, especially my two dogs. I also love the beach or a pool or anything to keep me cool in these hot South Carolina summers.

I'm excited about being your child's computer science teacher! It's going to be a great year at CMS!
