Hello!

My name is Sydney Beasley and I am so excited about being your child's third grade teacher this year! This will be my fourth year teaching at OPES; however, I did my student teaching here, so Oak Pointe feels like home. I grew up in Lexington Richland School District 5 and I am thrilled to be back in my home district! I graduated from the University of South Carolina with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. In my free time, I love watching USC football, relaxing by the lake, and spending time with my friends and family!

I believe that every child that walks through my door is capable of doing amazing things! I also believe that parents play a huge role in their child's education. Please reach out to me if there is anything you need. I can't wait to get started on the best year ever at the 'best school ever'!
