I created my cartoon avatar "me" as a way to help my students link to my slideshow lessons by creating a friendly looking welcoming idyllic version of myself.  As with anyone's avatar it looks nothing like me, but is more the way I feel on the inside on most days.  Plus having her as my stunt double is great.
