About Me:

My name is Sarah Philip and I am so excited to welcome your student to 2nd Grade! We will have lots of fun this year learning together, laughing together, and growing together as a class family! I cannot wait to welcome you into my classroom!! 

A little bit about me...I am beginning my fourth year teaching at LMES and my second year as a 2nd Grade teacher. I have previously taught 3rd and 4th Grade AGP. I have three amazing children- Madison (Senior at USC), Emily (Sophomore at USC) and Noah (Senior at Spring Hill HS). My husband and I moved our family from Orlando to Chapin in 2016 and have really grown to love the community and area. We are a huge Disney-loving family and go as often as we can. We also enjoy watching movies, being outside, and cooler weather! We have two Maltipoos named Max and Chewie...after Chewbaca, if you couldn't guess! 

Starting a new year is always a nervous time, but I just know that we are going to have the best year together! I can't wait to meet everyone at Meet the Teacher and look forward to beginning our journey together!
