I am excited to begin my 28th year of teaching at Lake Murray Elementary School. During my years at LMES, I have taught students in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. One of my biggest goals this year will be to help your child develop  math confidence through lots of encouragement and feedback in the classroom. Helping your child develop a positive attitude toward learning, risk taking and problem solving are top priorities for me. We will be covering lots of new 4th and 5th  grade math skills this year as well as learning some new science concepts together. My commitment is to provide a loving, safe and engaging classroom environment for my students. I will challenge them to work hard, learn from their mistakes, communicate effectively and collaborate with each other. Fourth grade is an amazing year, and I feel so blessed to be taking this journey with your child this year.
