Parent-Teacher Conferences

Please note the following:

Please sign up for only ONE SLOT per team or teacher. We will delete multiple signups at our discretion.
Parents living in separate households should attend conferences together.
Changes can be made up to 4 days prior to your conference day.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to Signup Genius

Click on the "signup" button above to start the registration process.
You will be redirected to the SignUp Genius website.

Step 2: Select the desired teacher or team

You will see a page that looks like the one below: Use the tabs to select a different teacher or the "More Sign up groups" pull-down menu to select a different department.
Please note: TEAMS will not show up as an option until October 16 when we are finished with the priority signups.

Step 3: Select the desired date and time

Once you have found the desired team or teacher, select the desired date and time, click on the ”Sign Up” checkbox, and then click on the “Submit and Sign Up” button at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Enter your child's name and sign in to Signup Genius

You will be prompted to enter your child’s name and to sign in to your Sign Up Genius account (or create a new account; an account is not required, but you may find it useful for organizing multiple conference registrations).
Click on the “Sign Up Now” button. You will be redirected to a confirmation of your appointment.

Step 5: Sign up for another conference

To sign up for another conference with a different team or teacher, click on the "Back to Signup" link.
Use the tabs to locate the desired team or teacher. The "show more signups" pull-down menu will allow you to see more tab groups.
