Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on the following dates:
Friday, October 25, 2024, 8:00-3:00
Friday, January 13, 2025, 8:00-3:00
Registration with Sign-up Genius starts Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
Those of you who already use Sign-Up Genius for other organizations and events may use that same account for the Diamond parent-teacher registration. (An account is not required, but it is free, and having an account will help you view and organize your conferences). Households without Internet access can schedule conferences by calling our main office.
Please note:
All conferences will be conducted in person (unless you contact the teacher and ask for a virtual conference).
You do not have to sign up for conferences, particularly if you have already been in contact with your child's teachers or you do not have any pressing questions or concerns.
Conferences with team teachers are with all four team teachers (math, English, social studies, and science) and last ~12 minutes.
Unfortunately, the two days set aside for conferences do not provide enough time to give every family a conference with their child’s team teachers. Thus, we will start the conference signup process by reaching out to select families to schedule priority conferences.
Priority Conferences: You may be contacted prior to the opening of conference sign-ups to schedule a priority conference. If you are already scheduled for a priority conference, you will not need to register during the general sign-up period with that same team or teacher.
Conferences with your child’s World Language teachers and Unified Arts specialists (e.g., music, special education, visual arts, technology, engineering, physical education, etc.) last 10 minutes.
October 4, 2024: Team teachers reach out to families to schedule priority conferences for October 25, 2024 only (we will run a separate signup for January 13 Team conferences in early December).
October 16, 2024: General conference registration opens on a first come, first served basis for all teachers and remaining October 25 team conference slots.
Early December 2024: Registration opens for the remaining January 13 Team conference slots
