About me

Kerry Dunne, Ed.D. is entering her 24th year as a history teacher, department head, and director in Massachusetts public schools, including serving for two years as the Director of History and Social Studies for the Boston Public Schools. She has worked on a number of curriculum initiatives including drafting primary source sets for educators for the Digital Public Library of America and serving as the program director for a large Teaching American History grant. She was recognized as a "Difference Maker" by the Boston Chapter of the NAACP for her work developing a curriculum to teach about school desegregation. Kerry is an adjunct member of the faculty at the Boston College Lynch School of Education and at Framingham State University.
