VISION:
VISION:
- To build a collective of educators dedicated to: practicing antiracist pedagogy, studying critical race theory, engaging in reflective practice, and recognizing the history of systemic racism as it relates to education.
- To be a unified voice for constructive dialogue with administrators, Employees of Color Alliance, the Lexington community, and students.
- To create a space and community for educators to have conversations about best practice, action, and how to amplify and support racial justice work.
- To create a space where educators can learn what they want to learn, progress at their own pace, and be supported in problem-solving.
- To educate white colleagues about systemic racism, in order to lessen the burden on BIPOC leaders to do this teaching.
