MODEL UNITED NATIONS

Description:  Teaching students about global politics through interactive roleplay.

UNICEF

LHS Sponsor:  Sam Oxley

Meeting Times:  Every other Wednesday at 8:10 a.m. in room B205.

Description:  To spread awareness about the unfortunate circumstances that children all over the world have to endure, like poverty, a scarcity of water and food, and an inaccessibility to education. Through this club, we advocate for a new issue monthly. The second mission is to raise money for these clubs. Every month we advocate for a new issue and we will put on a fundraiser of some kind in order to raise money to send back to the Global UNICEF organization so they can allocate those funds to helping kids around the world. For this purpose, we have a region coordinator who will help facilitate this process and make sure everything happens accordingly. 

WILDCAT TRAVEL

Description:  LHS Travel Club will offer the opportunity to all LHS students to travel internationally once a year.  If you would like to go on this trip please fill out the Interest form below.   Currently making additional plans for 2025 and beyond!

WILDLIFE CONSERVATION CLUB

Description:  The mission of this club is to gather like-minded students with the interests of protecting wildlife and conserving our environments and bring awareness to local conservation needs.
